Swai Fish Recipes:- This fish is cooked and eaten in different ways in different countries. You can enjoy this fish curry with chapati or white rice and enjoy it with your family. In this way, we can learn how to make delicious fish curry in this collection.

About Fish curry:

Fish curry is an indispensable dish in Asian countries. And people living on the coast often cook and eat fish in large quantities. This fish curry is cooked in a variety of ways using ingredients available in their countries like tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic and cardamom. I also want to share with you about that.

Using this method, we can cook and eat any type of fish we like deliciously.


First of all, we need to prepare the necessary ingredients to make the fish sauce. I have taken things for my needs.

• Fish – 1 kg (Hint: your favorite fish)

• As needed – salt

• Caraway – few bunches

• Onion – 10-pieces (finely chopped)

• Big onion – 5 pieces

• Garlic – 10 pieces

• Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)

• Tamarind – 150 grams

• Ginger – 3 pieces

• Ghee – 4 Tablespoon quantity

• Mustard – 1/2 tsp

• Vara Chilli – 10 to 12 pieces

• Cumin – 1/2 tsp

• Anise – 1/2 spoon

• Jasmine – 2- table spoon

• Turmeric powder – 1/2 spoon

• Coconut – one cup (must be crushed)


How to make fish curry:


First wash the fish pieces well in clean water and take them in a vessel.

After that, soak the tamarind in pure water for 5 minutes, filter the tamarind solution and keep it in a separate vessel.


Next we need to roast the chilies, coriander, and cumin in a pan on medium heat. After that, it should be cooled.


Put all the cooled ingredients in a mixer and add 100-ml of water and grind to a smooth paste. After that, we have to add grated coconut, small onion pieces, finely chopped ginger, cumin, aniseed and chili powder to it and grind it into a paste.


Keep the ground paste mixture in a separate vessel. Then, put the garlic pieces in a bowl and grind them well.


Next put a pan in the oven and pour oil in it and when it dries up on medium heat add mustard seeds, curry leaves and grated garlic. Then add the chopped onion and tomato and fry till it turns golden brown.


After this we have to add the ground masala to the seasoned ingredients and mix well the required amount of salt and water and boil it in the oven until the taste is pleasing.


Finally the oil will float separately in the broth we put. Thus, we have to wait until the oiliness separates.

Swai Fish Recipes:- Once the oil separates from the broth, add the tamarind solution and put the chopped fish pieces in the broth and boil the broth for 10 minutes. After the fish is cooked well, add coriander leaves and the delicious fish broth is ready.
